So we had to have a first birthday party for 'Lucy Lucky Walsh', Paddy's name for stumpy! The excitement was huge, in the end Paddy had a few friends around from school, we watched a movie, had a nice dinner and then we sung "Happy Birthday' to stumpy, it was all very sweet, and Paddy had a fabulous time!

What an awesome celebration!!! Reminds me of that movie "Fried Green Tomatoes" when the little boy loses his arm on the train tracks and they hold a funeral for the arm... I would have thought that it had been much more than a year since Paddy is such an expert dancer and runner on her new leggie! Congrats and keep celebrating.
